This condo in downtown traverse city occupies space on the fourth, fifth, and six floors. Living and sleeping spaces between the owners and their guests are separated by floors to allow both to travel freely yet remain connected by an open cantilevered stair. The stair winds from the fourth floor to the six floor loft unifying all the living spaces. The clean lines of the design maximize the splendor of grand traverse bay and downtown Traverse City.
