Hi I'm MIchael! I am a solo architect, native and currently based out of Northern Michigan. I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the University of Utah School of Architecture. While studying, I worked for a successful Salt Lake City architecture firm and after graduating I relocated to San Francisco, opening me to work on a range of commercial and residential projects. I worked at an award-winning interior design firm, as well as a leading Silicon Valley engineering firm.  After several years and a growing desire to return to the landscape that created my passion for architecture, I returned to Traverse City to take on the challenges of Northern Michigan. In Northern Michigan I have been a part of the renovation of the State Theatre in downtown Traverse City which is ranked as one of the top ten single-screen theatres in the country.  I've also worked on many types of projects from pre-fabricated cottages, energy efficient modern residential, residential remodel work and many commercial projects including cafe’s, condominiums, brewerys, retail and medical clinics.
