I am a solo architect, native to Northern Michigan. I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the University of Utah School of Architecture. While studying, I worked for a successful Salt Lake City architecture firm, but after graduating I relocated to San Francisco opening me to work on a range of commercial and residential projects. I worked at an award-winning interior design firm, as well as a leading Silicon Valley engineering firm.  After several years and a growing desire to return to the landscape that created my passion for architecture, I returned to Traverse City to take on the challenges of Northern Michigan.  My work in Northern Michigan has included the renovation of the State Theatre in downtown Traverse City which is ranked as one of the top ten single-screen theatres in the country.  I've also worked on many types of projects from pre-fabricated cottages, energy efficient modern residential, residential remodel work and many commercial projects including cafe’s, condominiums, brewerys, retail and medical clinics.
