Au Sable River Residence

A remodel and addition to an existing residence on the Au Sable River near Grayling Michigan. The project connects an original cabin located below the driveway level by means of a cascading floor plan. A new garage and foyer on the parking level above the house are connected to the main house by a cascading stair which connects the three levels of the new and original house while offering dramatic views of the river below.
