Maple & Water Street Plaza

A mixed use structure, combining five retail spaces and a lower level residential unit. Planned for a challenging site located on a steep hill in Manistee's historic downtown. The building incorporates modern lines with respect to the historic Victorian neighborhood it will be constructed in. Construction planned for summer, 2008
