101 North Park

This Five Story mixed use development is located in downtown Traverse City. 101 North Park will include street level retail and office space, as well as residential condominiums on the upper floors. The building is being constructed as a "white box" as it relates to the interior spaces. Michael Fitzhugh is working with each client providing complete design services for the interior construction of the units to create a unique opportunity for owners to have custom designed units within the building.
