Project Info

This existing residence from the1890’s was altered several times over the years and had lost most of its old charm.  The original rectangular portion of the house was saved while later additions were removed to accommodate a new modern living space with high ceilings, concrete floors with radiant heat and an industrial steel truss ceiling.  The new portion of the house was constructed with energy efficient SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) walls and roof and covered with a blend of steel and wood siding with concrete block accents.
